Kenneth Tarczewski III is a results-driven construction executive with more than twenty-five years in the industry — over fifteen of them leading multimillion-dollar luxury residential operations across Southwest Florida's most discerning market.
After scaling, leading, and successfully exiting a construction-related business, Kenneth is dedicating his next chapter to a single proposition: building homes and advising owners with the same uncompromising standard he expects of his own family's house.
He now splits his time between St. Louis — where he builds bespoke custom homes from the ground up — and Naples, Florida — where he represents owners of complex estate projects, protecting their time, capital, and vision.
